For churches and ministries, we know that weekends are when your property is most visible. We can build service schedules that:
- Prioritize mowing and clean-up before Sunday services
- Offer Friday or Saturday visits where scheduling allows
- Include extra attention at main entrances, parking areas, and walkways
If your church has special events, holidays, or outdoor gatherings, we can also schedule one-time detail visits to make sure the grounds meet your expectations.

Regular Service Windows
Most properties are serviced on a consistent weekly or bi-weekly schedule during daylight hours. We’ll assign a regular service day as closely as possible so you know when to expect us.
After-Hours Service
For certain commercial and church properties, after-hours visits may be available so we’re not working during your busiest times. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and may include slightly different pricing based on access and time of day.
Weather & Rain Delays
Weather happens. If rain or storms delay service, we’ll communicate and reschedule as quickly as possible. Our goal is to keep your property on a reliable rotation even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Site Walk & Quote
Step 1
We come to your property, walk the site, measure the turf areas, and look at the layout, slopes, obstacles, and level of detail required. Then we provide a written quote with the services included.
Service Plan
Step 2
We outline how often we’ll service the property, what’s included each visit, and any seasonal add-ons (leaf work, shrub trimming, etc.). This can be a simple written agreement rather than a long, confusing contract.
Clear Invoicing
Step 3
Invoices are straightforward and match the services we agreed on. If extra work is needed outside the normal plan, we quote it separately before we do it so you can approve or decline.
