For certain commercial and church properties, after-hours visits may be available so we’re not working during your busiest times. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and may include slightly different pricing based on access and time of day.
Weather happens. If rain or storms delay service, we’ll communicate and reschedule as quickly as possible. Our goal is to keep your property on a reliable rotation even when the weather doesn’t cooperate.

We come to your property, walk the site, measure the turf areas, and look at the layout, slopes, obstacles, and level of detail required. Then we provide a written quote with the services included.
We outline how often we’ll service the property, what’s included each visit, and any seasonal add-ons (leaf work, shrub trimming, etc.). This can be a simple written agreement rather than a long, confusing contract.
Invoices are straightforward and match the services we agreed on. If extra work is needed outside the normal plan, we quote it separately before we do it so you can approve or decline.
